Day clinic with the renowned farrier Andrew Casserly FWCF
Aimed at qualified farriers or apprentices who would like to improve their shoemaking and shoeing techniques
Day can be totally flexible and tailored to individual requirements. Choose from either competition prep or just improving you everyday skills. Many techniques will be covered including the following:
Shoemaking techniques to make fitting easier
Any style of shoe and fit thats required
Material calculation
Foot dressing techniques and how to avoid mistakes
Fitting to cadaver limbs
Extremely small number of attendees so the day can be personalised to the individual and their needs. Let us know your specifics before hand or discuss with Andrew on the day.If the pre organised dates do not work for you then choose the "Request a date" option.
