I’ve just attended the Alternative Materials Farrier Course and really enjoyed it. It was well run, very hands-on, and easy to follow, with clear explanations throughout. I’ve come away feeling more confident and excited to use what I’ve learned in my own work. I’d definitely recommend this course.

I was lucky enough to attend the first day in four on synthetic materials. As a veterinary physiotherapist with a keen interest in biomechanics and correct hoof function - provided amazing insight into the specialist skills of higher farrier skill set and their roll in optimisation of restoring hoof function. Level of skill and knowledge from the educator’s was very apparent. Will most certainly help with my practice working as a part of a holistic team and my research going forward.

Farriery Tuition presentation sessions are a fantastic opportunity to not only learn how to produce and present lectures yourself but they give you the chance to listen to other professionals and take on board new ideas also. The dedication shown by Brad & Andrew to help try and develop our skills sets is second to none.

Recently spent a day with Spud... got my money's worth in the first hour! Excellent teaching method and advice on fire-management, along with exam-taking strategies gave my process a massive boost. HIGHLY recommend!
